Contract Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (2 days/week onsite)
A client in the healthcare space is conducting a search for a Contract Compensation Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a few years of direct compensation experience with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the compensation planning process
- Conduct job evaluations for new and existing positions to determine market compensation level, internal equity, and more
- Utilize and maintain the compensation module within Workday
- Manage benchmarking data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of compensation experience, ideally with Workday
- Experience working in healthcare is preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical experience
