Contract Part-time HR & Payroll Associate
Location: Hybrid in Newton, MA (onsite 1 day/week)
A client in the real estate space is looking to hire a Part-time HR & Payroll Associate to work 20 hours/week for a 6-month contract to start. This is a part-time position that will provide support with onboarding & offboarding employees, benefits administration, weekly payroll processing (including managing timecards and expense approvals), and more.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Direct payroll processing experience (Gusto preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
