Contract HR Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 4 days/week)
A financial services firm in Boston is looking for a proactive, organized Contract HR Coordinator for a 6-month assignment to start. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including drafting offer letters, employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, making updates in their HRIS, and additional ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of HR support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
