Our client, a growing professional services organization, seeks a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses strong employee relations and performance management experience within a professional services environment. In addition, this person must have strong familiarity with a billable environment as well as an understanding of consultative sales. Strong leadership skills, an excellent strategic HR skillset, and great communications skills both written and verbally will allow someone to excel in this role. - 8+ years of progessive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Professional services industry experience, required.
- Familiarity with consultative sales and billable work environments.
- Strong employee relations and performance management background.
- Bachelors' degree, required.
The salary range for this position is $175k-$190k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
