Our client, a prominent non-profit organization is seeking an organized and analytical Benefits Specialist to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have detailed experience managing all leave of absence and ADA requests, conducting Benefit Orientation, assisting with open enrollment, and handling additional tasks as needed. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience, required.
- Proven knowledge of employment law, such as ADA, FMLA, Disability Policies and Woker's Compensation, required.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
The salary range for this role is $80k-$85k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
