Our client, a prestigious non-profit is seeking a dynamic Contract Recruiter to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for teachers and school workers. The ideal candidate will also have experience recruiting for non-profits, social workers or after school programs, while also reviewing applications in an ATS. - 2+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience sourcing on Indeed, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The hourly rate for this role is $30-$35/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
