The ideal candidate will have experience, overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, manage benefit programs, and serve as a key resource for employee inquires. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting system management, reporting, and process optimization, while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. - 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for this role is $120k-$125k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
