Our client, a prominent charter school system, seeks a dynamic, experienced Employee Relations Director to join the team in their Connecticut office. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience handling complex workplace investigations, as well as the ability to oversee performance management and administer leaves of absences. Strong written communication skills, the ability to multitask and champion multiple projects at once with competing deadlines, and a strong employment law background are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. if this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!

  • Bachelors' degree, required.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in employee or labor relations.
  • Prior experience facilitating training and conducting employee relations investigations.
  • Knowledge of employment law to administer decisions regarding leaves, accommodations, workers compensation, and Title X violations.

The salary range for this role is $90k-$110k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
