Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking an adaptable Benefits Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all benefits, creating programs, and developing relationships with vendors. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- 7 + years of HR experience in payroll and benefits, required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Workday Benefits and HRIS platforms, pro-certifications a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
The salary range for this role is $120-$150k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
