Our client, a prominent financial services firm is seeking an independent and adaptable Senior Immigration Associate to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with employees to answer immigration-related questions, working with external counsel on case filing updates, and leading the inbound immigration matters from the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing all immigrant and non-immigrant matters, supporting international internships and training plans, while continuously educating managers on immigration policies, strategies, and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
- 3+ years of experience, required.
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian immigration requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, required.
The salary range for this role is $100k-$140k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
