Our client, a prominent financial services organization is seeking a Temporary Learning and Development Analyst to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, coordinating, and executing learning initiatives, maintaining the LMS, and collaborating with cross-functional managers to determine training needs. - 2+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role, required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in learning management systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience working with global teams and senior stakeholders.
The hourly rate for this role is $40/hr-50/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
