Our client, a well-known non-profit organization is seeking a driven and well-rounded HRBP to join their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience serving as the main point of contact for a specific client group, answering HR questions, managing employee relations issues, performance management matters, hiring initiatives, HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, and more. - Bachelor's degree, highly preferred.
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, required.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with hourly populations, highly preferred.
The salary range for this role is $85k-$100k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
