Our client, a prominent global investment firm, is seeking a versatile and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and building an employee relations function, working cross-functionally with various departments, and maintaining employee relations best practices. - 10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Capital, or Employment Law, required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, required.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to craft policies, design frameworks, and lead cross-functional implementation projects.
The hourly rate for this role is $120-$166/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
