Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a driven and independent HR Generalist to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a fast-paced environment while managing benefits administration, overseeing payroll coordination and administration, and supporting compliance. - 3+ years of HR-specific experience, required.
- Financial or professional services experience, highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits platforms.
- Strong sense of professionalism, independence, and integrity.
The salary range for this role is $85k-$120k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
