Our client, a prominent tech organization, is seeking a strategic Senior HRBP to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Go-to Market population with designing and executing a people-related strategy, coaching and developing leaders, assessing organizational needs, partnering with cross-functional teams on workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development. - 7+ years of experience as an HRBP in the tech industry, ideally from hyper-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience supporting Go to Market and client-facing departments, required.
- Previous experience working in a global organization, required.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills, required.
The salary range for this role is $145k-$175k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
