Our client, a prominent consulting firm, is seeking a hard-working, driven and strategic Staffing Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience in resourcing, developing junior staff, collaborating with leadership, aligning business needs and project requirements. - 5+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, HR business partnering, or talent management.
- Consulting industry experience, required.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable utilizing systems, such as Salesforce and Kimble.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of developing people and solving complex resourcing issues.
The salary range for this role is $90k-$100k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
