Our client, a prominent consultancy, is seeking a strategic Temporary to Permanent Staffing & HR Business Partner Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading staffing and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of performance management, coaching, development planning, and workforce budget experience, coupled with partnering with leaders to assess staffing needs.   • Bachelor's degree, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing/resource planning and workforce management, required.
  • Consulting or professional services experience, highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and focus on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The hourly rate for this role is $41-55/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
