Our client, an accomplished nonprofit organization, is seeking an On-Boarding Specialist to join their NYC team. An ideal candidate for this role will have experience ensuring candidates experience a seamless transition during the onboarding process, managing background checks, employment documentation, compliance standards, and supporting new hire orientation. Key Details:
· 2+ years of onboarding experience, required.
· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, required.
· Strong knowledge of background checks, onboarding practices, and compliance standards, required.
· Experience with HRIS systems and office applications such as Paycom, preferred.
· Experience working collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure compliance with employment laws, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $20-$22/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
