Our client, a prominent consultancy, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Talent Operations Analyst to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports for talent acquisition metrics. - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, or related field, required.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting, ideally within HR or recruiting.
- Previous experience using SAP, required.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and candidate lifecycle, required.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
The hourly rate for this role is $38.46/hr-$40.87/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
