The ideal candidate will have experience managing all employee relations efforts, specifically, conducting investigations, assisting with conflict resolution, reviewing employee relations data, tracking employment verifications, and overseeing performance evaluation systems. - Bachelor’s degree, required
- 10+ years of progressive employee relations or human resources experience, required.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior level role with a strong focus on employee relations, required.
- Previous experience of facilitating trainings and conducting investigations, required.
The salary range for this role is $100k-$120k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
