Our client, a leading investment management company, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their New York City team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate or agency settings, preferably within financial services, and excels at sourcing top talent through innovative strategies. - 7+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in corporate functions, required.
- Prior experience working in a financial services organization, required.
- Knowledge of recruiting technology and proven ability to recommend sourcing strategies, preferred.
- Strong multitasking, project management, and relationship-building skills with experience in a dynamic, high-touch environment, required.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
