Key Details:
- 10+ years of HR experience in a leadership role, required.
- Previous professional services, insurance, or financial services industry experience, required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and all federal, state, and local employment laws, required.
- Strong relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills, required.
The salary for this role is $150K-165K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
