Our client, a growing construction management firm, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role will report directly to the HR Director and serve as the primary point of contact for employees across both corporate and field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR programs, along with experience supporting managers and ensuring compliance. Key Details:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, required.
- Experience supporting both corporate and field employee groups, preferred.
- Background in construction, property management, hospitality, or retail industries, strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, preferred.
- Strong recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
The salary for this role is $110k-$140k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
