Key Details:

5-7 years of progressive HR experience, required.

Experience supporting both corporate and field employee groups, preferred.

Background in construction, property management, hospitality, or retail industries, strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, preferred.

Strong recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement experience.

Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
The salary for this role is $110k-$140k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
