Our client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant on a short-term basis to support their team for 1-2 weeks. This role will focus on reviewing and cleaning up HR systems, ensuring processes are in order before a new coordinator joins. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR systems, along with the ability to provide practical guidance in a fast-paced environment. Key Details:

  • Prior experience with ADP, required.

  • Experience in HR Operations, required.

  • Experience in education or nonprofit settings, required.

  • Knowledge of leave management policies and processes, preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

The hourly range for this role is $40-$50/hr.
