Our client, a well-known cosmetics company is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Manager to join their Clark, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing HR programs, leading talent and employee engagement initiatives, supporting compensation cycles, and partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence. - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multi-national companies.
- High degree of emotional intelligence, intellect, and operational prowess.
- Ability to lead and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The pay rate for this role is $40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
