Our client, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a Benefits Director to join their team. An ideal candidate for this role will not only have experience leading payroll, benefits, compensation, and HRIS functions, but will also be able to evaluate these systems and recommend strategies to improve them. Key Details:
· 8-15 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, and payroll, required.
· Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-state payroll operations, required.
· Strong background in benefits strategy and vendor management, required.
· Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required.
· Experience in compensation design and HRIS management, required.
The salary for this role is $175k-199K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
