- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with heavy focus on recruiting.
- Experience in financial or professional services environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
The base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
