Our client, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its growing team and sit in its Queens office. This role will partner closely with the HR Manager and regional leadership to deliver hands-on HR support in employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, and policy interpretation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and relationship-driven HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing both strategic and administrative work. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience; experience supporting hourly workforces preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
