Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their New York City team. This role offers the opportunity to support multiple business units, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, manage organizational development initiatives, and align HR programs with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong a strong generalist foundation with experience supporting M&A integrations, performance management, and complex employee relations, along with the ability to navigate both structured and ambiguous environments. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience working in financial or professional services organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
The salary for this position is $110k-$140k base.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
