Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruitment Manager to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead attorney recruiting efforts for one of the firm's key offices, overseeing the full lifecycle of legal talent acquisition including law school hiring, summer programs, and lateral recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and relationship management skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values excellence, innovation, and teamwork. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 3+ years of legal recruitment or professional services recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, take initiative, and work independently or in a team environment.
The salary for this role is $154k-$193k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
