- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services, technology, or professional services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The salary for this role is $100k-$120k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
