Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Upstate, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience across complex, multi-cycle payrolls and be comfortable supporting a unionized workforce. This role will provide critical backup support for payroll, benefits, and HRIS functions during high-volume periods or when team members are out. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!
Key Details:
5-10 years of full-cycle payroll experience, required.
Strong experience processing weekly and biweekly payrolls, including off-cycle payments, bonuses, and incentive programs, required.
ADP Workforce Now experience, required.
Prior experience working with unionized employees, preferred.
HRIS and benefits administration experience, preferred.
Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week with potential for additional hours during peak times, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $25-$45/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
