Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking Senior Human Resources Generalist/Manager to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on, strategic role supporting the full employee lifecycle and shaping the next stage of organizational development as the firm continues to expand. The ideal candidate will bring broad HR expertise across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, immigration, and compliance, along with the flexibility to support general operations. This role requires a confident, proactive professional who thrives in a small-company environment and is comfortable working for a global, foreign-owned organization. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including management-level exposure, required.
- Prior experience working in financial services or professional experiences, required.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cultures.
The salary for this role is $140-$165k/year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
