Our client, a boutique HR consulting firm, is seeking a Part-Time HR Consultant to join their growing team in NYC. This role will support a variety of clients by assisting with day-to-day HR operations, policy development, and special projects. Key Details:
5+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, required.
Experience supporting small organizations or nonprofit clients, preferred.
Experience with administrative HR tasks such as creating and updating job descriptions, required.
Ability to work 10+ hours a week with flexiblity to work 20+ hour weeks on occasion, required.
Based in the NY area and available for occasional on-site client visits, required.
The hourly pay rate for this role is $25-$33/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
