- Bachelor's degree, required.
- 2+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or recruiting coordination, ideally within marketing, communications, or professional services.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to track and report on staffing metrics.

The salary for this role is $75,000-$95,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
