Our client, a financial consulting firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a remote basis for 4-6 months, with the potential to go perm. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing organization during a period of significant expansion. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for wealth advisors and financial advisors, as well as client development roles, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring candidates with CFP and Series 65 credentials, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, required.
- Experience recruiting for financial advisors and wealth management roles, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UKG or similar ATS platforms, preferred.
The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
