Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting and Personnel Coordinator to join their New York City office. This is an exciting opportunity to support attorney talent management and help drive key recruiting initiatives for a global firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about supporting the attorney lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to evaluations, professional development, and firm programming. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 1+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, required.
- Prior experience in legal personnel, attorney recruiting, or summer program coordination, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a highly collaborative team.
The base salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000 base salary.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
