Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing Human Resources team and gain broad exposure across HR operations, recruiting, employee experience, performance management, and HR data analytics. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 1+ years of HR experience in financial services or other corporate/professional services environments, required.
- Strong Excel abilities (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and the ability to create and summarize information in PowerPoint, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with client service orientation and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary for this role is $75,000-$100,000 base salary.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
