Our client, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a Contract Talent Sourcer to support seasonal hiring ramp-up across field-based roles from mid-January through April. This is a sourcing-focused position ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy identifying and screening talent efficiently. - Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 2+ years of sourcing experience, required.
- Experience sourcing for field technicians and/or home services roles (e.g., landscaping, solar roofing, HVAC), required.
- Experience sourcing high-volume roles in distributed or multi-location environments, preferred.
- Experience working with the ATS system UKG, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$45/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
