Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Payroll and Benefits Specialist to provide support to their Total Rewards team. This is a contract-only opportunity designed to cover key payroll and benefits responsibilities during overlapping leaves of absences. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience, required.
- Strong hands-on payroll experience, including reconciliations, off-cycle adjustments, and prorated new hire pay, required.
- Experience supporting benefits administration (e.g., life events, transit changes, enrollments, and adjustments), required.
- Ability to independently review, catch, and resolve payroll discrepancies, required.
- Experience working in a highly detail-oriented, compliance-driven environment, required.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$60/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience
