Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving experienced attorney and staff hiring for the firm. This role will partner closely with senior HR leadership, firm stakeholders, and external search partners to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts in a fast-paced, highly collaborative professional services environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 4+ years legal recruiting or talent management experience, required.
- Law firm experience, required.
- Direct sourcing experience, strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours and travel as needed.
The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
