Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting & HR Operations to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a growing, well-established firm. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of recruiting leadership and HR operations expertise, thrives in an evolving environment, and is comfortable managing and developing teams while remaining hands-on when needed. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition and HR operations in a financial services environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
The pay for this role is $215,000-$225-000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
