- Bachelor's degree, required.
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally within a small or mid-sized organization.
- Broad, hands-on HR background including employee relations, training, engagement, compliance, and recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, flexible, and collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in an environment with evolving structure.
The pay for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
