Our client, a leading investment management firm based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to build and lead its internal recruiting function. This newly created role will own full-cycle recruiting across all levels and functions and partner closely with senior leadership to centralize hiring processes and elevate the firm's talent strategy. - 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within small financial services firms, required.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, including senior leadership, required.
- Strong understanding of investment management recruiting and markers of success in this space, preferred.
- Experience building, refining, and owning recruiting processes in a highly professional environment, required.
- Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and polished communication style, required.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, preferred.
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week, required.
The pay for this role is $150,000-$225,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
