Our client, a global executive search and talent advisory firm, is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join their Wealth & Asset Management team. The Associate will play a critical role in research, search execution, and candidate engagement while working closely with Senior Consultants and Managing Directors in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. - Bachelor's degree, required.
- 2+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or financial services, required.
- Prior experience with wealth management, asset management, or professional services recruiting, required.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting with senior executives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
The salary for this role is $75,000-$95,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
