• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced administrative or coordination role, required.
• Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR teams, preferred.
• Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of scheduling, required.
• Flexible with hours and willing to work a meaningful amount of overtime, required.
• Experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office, required.
• Experience with Concur, Teams, and Workday, preferred.
• Willingness to commute between Stamford, CT and Greenwich, CT offices as needed, required.

The salary for this role is $70K-$85K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
