Our client, a leading facilities management company based in Queens, NY is seeking a Temporary Medical Leaves Specialist to support its HR team during a high‑volume period. This role will support the Medical Leaves team with the processing and administration of medical records and employee communications to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, responsive, and experienced handling medical‑related claims in a corporate environment. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!
- Experience processing medical‑related claims including PFL, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and ADA accommodations, required.
- Fluency in Spanish, required.
- Prior experience supporting medical leaves or HR operations in a corporate environment, required.
- Ability to process, upload, and track medical and vaccination records for compliance purposes, required.
- Experience reporting claims to insurance carriers and managing case tracking, preferred.
- Ability to work fully onsite in a fast‑paced environment, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $25-$26/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
