Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a top-tier law firm located in the Chicago Loop. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 40-hour workweek, hybrid/WFH flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation ranging from $90,000-$120,000, based on experience.
Qualifications & Responsibilities include:
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness files, deposition coordination, and trial binders
- Conduct Bluebook cite-checking and assist with proofreading and formatting of briefs and filings
- Utilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to manage large-scale document reviews, productions, and data analysis
- Assist attorneys with drafting and filing pleadings, including initial pleadings, motions to compel, mediation summaries, and other case-related filings
- Manage and maintain case files, dockets, and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding discovery, scheduling, and case logistics
