Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Docket Specialist for a national law firm's Chicago Office. This is a Direct Hire position, with a hybrid schedule - in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation (up to $80,000)
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 5+ years of Litigation Docketing experience
- Experience with Compulaw or Court Alert
- Update existing docket entries and review work product to ensure quality control
- Review and analyze docketing requests and associated documents and accurately calculate critical dates and related deadlines
- Knowledge of state and federal court rules
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
